Mr.N.Naveenkumar, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and Ms.P.Vijaya Devi, learned Government Advocate for respondents 2 and 3, based on written instructions, made a submission that the respondents have agreed to lay road on the side of the petitioner's property, as the petitioner has given consent for laying road.
2. In view of the fact that the respondents have agreed to lay road on the side of the property belonging to the writ petitioner, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
