The petitioner is the husband. He filed HMOP.No.194 of 2011 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Vellore for divorce. 2.

The respondent-wife filed HMOP No.36 of 2013 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruttani. The respondent wife resides near Tiruttani.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner-husband is in military service and he is posted in Jammu area.

In these circumstances, I am of the view that there is no reason to seek transfer of HMOP.No.36 of 2013 filed by the wife to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Vellore.

On the other hand, I am of the view that HMOP.No.194 of 2011 filed by the petitioner-husband can be transferred to be tried along with HMOP.No.36 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruttani.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of transferring the HMOP.No.194 of 2011 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Vellore to the Subordinate Judge, Tiruttani to try along with HMOP No.36 of 2013.

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
