This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the Inspector of Police Sulur Police Station, Coimbatore District (Rural) not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Considering the submission made by both sides, the respondent police is directed to not to harass the petitioner and their staff and afford sufficient protection to the Ghoshala by implementing the order passed by the Principal District and Session Judge, Coimbatore in Crl.R.C.No.53, 54 and 55 of 2015. Any violation will be seriously viewed by this Court.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
