(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) Though this writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the online order of the 2nd respondent rejecting the petitioner's application for issuance of community certificate to him and his children, this Court finds a formal defect in presenting the writ

petition even without including in the Typed Set of Papers, the order rejecting the application of the petitioner. When this was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. No costs. (S.S.S.R., J.)
