(CR.NO.1724/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from prison shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court order dated 22.03.2021 in Crl.OP.No.5620/2021 in Cr.No.1724/2020 on the file of Inspector of Police, Oragadam Police Station, Kancheepuram District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.MILTON ARUL RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.HARI, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing them to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5690 of 2021, dated 22.03.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
