The petitioner has filed the above writ petition seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to return the driving license of the petitioner which is under the custody of the first respondent seized by the second respondent on 15.4.2015 forthwith. 2.
According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, an order dated 3.6.2015 was served on 3.7.2015 and a copy of the said order in Proceedings No.br/K/M/vz; 14698/,3/2015 ehs; 3/6/2015 has also been placed before this Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition so as to challenge the same. counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.
Permission is granted. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
