O R D E R

The petitioners filed this petition to relax the conditions requiring the petitioners to report before the respondent on the 1st and 15th of every month as imposed upon the petitioners by this Hon'ble Court vide order made in Crl.M.P.No.18175 of 2019 in Crl.O.P. No.24567 of 2019 dated 06.12.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
