(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further in Crl.O.P No.6916 of 2020 dated 24.03.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the

petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition and hence, he prays to relax the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.6916 of 2020 dated 24.03.2020, has been regularly complied with by the petitioners.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P No.6916 of 2020 dated 24.03.2020 is totally relaxed.
