ORDER

By consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner claims to be in possession and enjoyment of 2 Acres 59 cents of agricultural land in Survey No.109/2 of Thavadipattu village by means of a registered sale deed - document No.1493/1997 registered at the office of Sub-Registrar, Vadakananthal. The petitioner made a representation/ application dated 23.4.2012 to the 2nd respondent praying for survey of his land and it was also followed by another appeal application dated 5.5.2015. Since the petitioner has not been favoured with any response, he came forward with the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the submission of Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for respondents

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the representation and reminder made by the petitioner, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.4.2012 and the reminder dated 5.5.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after putting on notice the persons concerned. The 2nd respondent shall also communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
