MUSYYABMEHDI, [ PETITIONER ] Vs 1 SANA FATIMA, [ RESPONDENTS ] 2 MINOR.AYYAS ABBAS, REP BY NATURAL GUARDIAN AND MOTHER SANA FATHIMA, Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.1415 of 2017 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to grant stay of the order passed by the Learned Family Court Judge, Vellore dated 16.08.2017 made in F.C.M.C.No.137/2017, pending disposal of the above Crl.RC.1415 of 2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.NO.1415 of 2017 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAJAGOPAL, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- By an earlier order dated 14.11.2017, the petitioner deposits 50% of the arrears of maintenance to the credit of F.C.M.C.No.137 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court, Vellore and the learned counsel for the respondent/wife has submitted that Rs.1,48,000/- has been deposited and the conditional order has been complied with. The petitioner/husband is continue to pay future maintenance at the rate of Rs.4,000/- p.m. on or before 5th of every English Calender month.
