(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P No.5955 of 2020 by order dated 20.03.2020 that the petitioner shall stay at Sangagiri and report before the Town Police Station, Sangagiri daily at 10.30 and 5.30 p.m until further orders

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition and hence, he prays to relax the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.5955 of 2020 dated 20.03.2020, has been regularly complied with by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P No.5955 of 2020 dated 20.03.2020 is totally relaxed.
