ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking for amendment of father's name of the petitioner as 'SIVARAJAN' instead of 'SELVARAJ' in Crl.O.P.No.8898 of 2020, dated 18.06.202. 2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] has produced the visa copy of the petitioner, in which the name of the petitioner is mentioned as Kugathasan and the father's is Sinnathurai @ Sivarajh. Hence, the same to be corrected in the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above, the name of petitioner is amended as Kugathasan @ Gugathasan instead of Gugathasan and the father name of the petitioner is amended as Sinnathurai @ Sivarajh instead of Selvaraj.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, accordingly.
