Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records in pursuant to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent dated 09.02.2016 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to sanction the educational loan to the petitioner's daughter within a stipulated period.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 09.02.2016 and for consequential reliefs.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent Bank.

A perusal of the notes paper would disclose that when the matter was called on 21.03.2017, the learned Counsel for the 2nd respondent Bank has produced an e-mail copy received from the bank wherein it is stated that their Controlling Office would sanction the loan as a ''Special Case'' to the petitioner.

Recording the above statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the 2nd respondent bank for obtaining educational loan, who in turn, shall consider the same as a Special Case and pass orders on merits. No costs.
