Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the G.O.No.1060/DCE/Auction/2015-16 dated 8.6.2015 published in Puducherry Gazette pertaining to location of the proposed Arrack Shop in R.S.No.63/3 and Toddyshop in R.S.No.32/2 or Plot No.1,2 and 3 in R.S.No.60/1 bearing licence No.11 and 7 respectively in Mullodai Village, Ucchimedu Revenue Village, Bahour Commune in Union Territory of Puducherry issued by the second respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges that a new liquor shop is being opened contrary to the norms, but he has approached this Court without making any representation to the authorities concerned.

2. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the authorities concerned through a representation and on such representation being made, the authorities concerned/respondents will consider and dispose of the same within one month of the receipt of the representation.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 are closed.
