The petitioner filed a suit for partition in the year 2011. It appears it is still pending in the stage of evidence. Aggrieved over the long pendency of the suit, the petitioners are before this Court seeking for early disposal of the suit.

msr years, this Court is inclined to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit on an earlier date.

3. Accordingly, a direction is given to Sub Judge, Tiruvellore and to dispose of the suit O.S.No.6 of 2011 and pass a preliminary decree within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
