By order dated 16.02.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose O.S.No.781 of 2011 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Now, learned Judicial Magistrate No.II (Full Additional Charge of Principal District Munsif, Alandur) has requested this Court to grant further period of four months to dispose of the aforesaid case. On the ground that due to nationwide lock-down imposed to curb Covid-19 pandemic, the direction issued by this Court could not be complied with.
