ORDER

The petitioner herein had conducted the chit fund and cheated the subscribers. Therefore, the complaint has been lodged against him. The petitioner herein apprehending arrest for participating in the 1/3

investigation. While so, the petitioner has filed an insolvency petition and is now before this Court stating that the police is harassing him under the guise of investigation.

This Court finds no reason to interfere in the investigation which has been initiated for alleged cheating. The petitioner has filed insolvency petition and if the Insolvency Act gives any protection that can be availed by him. Pending of IP., is no reason to refuse participating in the investigation.
