Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to forthwith, furnish the copy of the Enquiry Officer's report in pursuance of the Charge Memo No.60511/CFL/PR/24/99 dated 06.06.2014 issued by the second respondent herein to the petitioner calling for his further representation on the said report within a limited time frame and thereafter upon the receipt of the petitioner's further representation, to consider all the relevant materials on record to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings to the above said charge sheet dated 06.06.2014 within stipulated time. ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that though enquiry has been concluded, no report has been furnished by the disciplinary authority till date. Hence, the petitioner has made representations dated 25.07.2018 & 07.08.2018 to the respondents, but the same have not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward to file the present writ petition.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, and also the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representations, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition, with a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 25.07.2018 & 07.08.2018 in accordance with law, if the same are pending, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, It is made clear that this Court has expressed no opinion on the merits of the representations submitted by the petitioner. No costs.
