ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been to direct the learned FTC-II, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Allikulam Chennai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.2413 of 2016 within a time frame.

2.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.It is seen that the petitioner/complainant has filed a private complaint against the respondents/accused before the learned FTC-II, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Allikulam Chennai in C.C.No.2413 of 2016. During trial, the petitioner has examined the witnesses and marked documents and the case is at the stage of questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned FTC-II, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Allikulam Chennai to complete the trial in C.C.No.2413 of 2016, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
