Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking quash of the first respondent's Sale Notice dated 04.02.2020 and Auction Sale dated 28.02.2020.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel appearing for first respondent.

3. Learned counsel appearing for first respondent submits that remedy is available to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Debts Recovery Tribunal challenging the impugned notices.
In view of the aforestated submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal before the Debts Recovery Tribunal challenging the impugned notices in accordance with law. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
