No. 206 of 2013 on the file of the learned Third Additional District Court, Gobichettipalayam [in CRP.PD.No.3418/2016] Order : This Petition coming for Extension of time on the Second day of November Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 24/02/2021 and letter dater 20/10/2021 vide D.No.961/2021 from Thiru.S.Jaganathan, B.A., B.L., D.C.A.C.J.

, III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode at Gobichettipalayam, this court made the the following order:- By the order dated 24.02.2021, this Court dismissed the Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the Trial Court to conduct joint trial of the suit in O.S.No.206 of 2013 along with the suits in O.S.No.248 of 2008 & O.S.No.65 of 2013 and dispose the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.The learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode at Gobichettipalayam, by a letter to the Registry dated 20.10.2021, seeks extension of six months time on the ground that due to Covid19 pandemic situation, speedy disposal of the case has been delayed.

3.Considering the prevailing pandemic situation and the reasons stated by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode at Gobichettipalayam, six months time is hereby granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.248 of 2008, O.S.No.65 of 2013 & O.S.No.206 of 2013 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 02/11/2021 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
