The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) IPC and section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act 2003 in Crime No. Not known of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the complaint which was lodged by the defacto complainant namely Mr. Madeshwaran in C.No.7/DSP/EOW/ Namakkal, dated 12.06.2020, was enquired and the same was closed on 20.06.2020.
