ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case upon the complaint dated 30.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the Inspector of Police, Land Grabbing Unit, Kancheepuram is not a party to this case and only the Superintendent of Police has been made as party.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint in writing before the Inspector of Police, Land Grabbing Unit, Kancheepuram police and on such receipt, the respondent police shall enquire the same and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
