ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu - Vishal, aged about 17, before this Court and hand over to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner himself made a statement before the respondent police that he is withdrawing the complaint as the detenu has returned back. He has also produced a copy of the aforesaid statement dated 21.09.2018.

3.From the aforesaid submission, we do not find any illegal detention involved. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
