Seeking leave to sue respondents 2 to 4, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.Applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was an employee of the first respondent company, which is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Leave is sought for only on the ground that respondents 2 to 4 are situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
