Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.790 of 2021 from the file of the 2nd respondent to CB-CID or some other fair agency and file the final report before appropriate Court.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of the investigation in Crime No.790 of 2021 from the file of the 2nd respondent police to the file of CBCID and to file a final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent, after completion of the investigation, has filed a closure report as "Further Action Dropped". In fact, aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed a protest petition and it is pending before the concerned Court. Therefore, no investigation is pending with the second respondent.

3. In view of the above, the question of transferring the investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
