The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Commissioner.
2. Recording the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. The Petitioner may file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
