2. From perusal of the A diary, that has been produced before this Court, it is seen that M.C.O.P has been filed in the year 2012 and is pending for respondents' evidence since 04.12.2018. The learned District Court - II, Fast Tract Court, Kanchipuram is directed to dispose of the M.C.O.P.No.634 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 30.06.2019.
