The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant special leave to appeal against the judgment of the Trial Court in C.C.No.32 of 2017 dated 05.02.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate-I, Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Coimbatore.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.
