This petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeks a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 11.10.2025 and further direct the fourth respondent not to auction the petitioner's property situate at Plot No.6, Annexe II, Phase II, Annai Indra Nagar, Tiruninravur- 602 024.

3. It is not in dispute that the property is under mortgage and the petitioner is a co-borrower. Any action taken by the bank can be challenged in accordance with law.
