These Criminal Original petitions have been filed seeking to grant special leave to the petitioner/complainant to prefer appeals against the judgments of the trial Court in C.C.Nos.30 & 31 of 2017 respectively passed by the Judicial Magistrate-I, Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level, Coimbatore.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
