This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.
It is seen that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the counter part. Therefore, the second and third respondents have no role to play in the money dispute between the petitioner and counter part.
