PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of making him to accept the case under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. without issuing a summon to the petitioner and due process of law.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is already an accused and his name is entered in the history sheet.
4. The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is recorded and the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on issuing summons, therefore no question of harassment will arise.
