The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that an application was moved by the plaintiffs under Order VIII Rule 9 of CPC 1/4

for the reception of reply statement and the same was dismissed. Against which, the plaintiffs have preferred this revision petition.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is preferred against the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2022 dated 08.02.2023 in O.S.No.2896 of 2013 made by the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.

3. He would also submit that the suit was dismissed as settled out of Court on 04.09.2024.

4. Recording the said submissions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
