The writ petition has been filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents, their men, agents and officials, acting on their behalf from interfering with the legal activities of the petitioner-club and its members under the guise of inspection frequently without any notice and to pass such further or other order as this Court may deem fit.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
