These two writ petitions have came up for consideration before this Court on 29.10.2024 and 30.10.2024. On both the occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence, these matters are directed to be listed Page No.2 of 4

under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, inspite of the matters being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. 2.

In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss these writ petitions for non-prosecution. Accordingly, both the writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. The connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. 07.11.2024 Index :
