ORDER

On the previous occasion, I recorded the submission of the learned Additional Advocate General that a review petition had been presented to review the order passed by the Hon'ble Mr.Justice C.V.Karthikeyan in W.P.No.916 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025 which is the cause of action for the present contempt petition. In order to provide breathing time to the contemnor, I adjourned the matter today.

2. When I took up the contempt petition for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General and Mr.Dhinu Prashanth agreed that the review petition was taken up for hearing on 07.10.2025 and by order dated 09.10.2025, the review stood allowed restoring the writ petition back on the file of this Court. As the review has been allowed, I cannot proceed further in the contempt petition. Hence the contempt petition is closed. 27.10.2025 kal 2/4
