This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents to not to harass the petitioner. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.

It seen that the brother of the petitioner is an accused in a criminal case. In this regard, the petitioner was called for an enquiry under section 110 Cr.P.C.

4. In pursuant to the crime registered as against the brother of the petitioner, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
