ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of order dated 26.03.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.7864 of 2024, thereby the second respondent had been directed to pass fresh orders considering the petitioner's past service for the purpose of pay fixation, within a period of four weeks.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 & 2 produced proceedings dated 20.08.2025 before this Court and submitted that the order passed by this Court made in WP.No.7864 of 2024 2/4
dated 26.03.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid proceedings dated 20.08.2025.
3. In view of the aforesaid proceedings dated 20.08.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
