The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections under sections 294(b), 342, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. And Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.256 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing through Video Conference, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
