ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.84 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

3.In view of the above development, nothing survives further in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
