The learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that by taking the rental value of the property at Rs.26,000/- per month, even as of today, the arrears would come around a sum of Rs.2,38,41,000/- and that if such arrears are paid by the petitioner, recognize them as tenants would be considered by the Temple.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks two weeks' time to get instructions in this regard.

3. Acceding to his request, list the matter on 09.06.2026.
