The petitioner claiming to be an Association consisting of marriage brokers as its members, seek for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider their representation dated 20.04.2020, wherein they have sought for monetary relief to its members on the reason that they become jobless, due to the present Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, they made a representation to the respondents, which according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, except to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.04.2020 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
