Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.N.Roofan Abraham, learned Government Advocate accepting notice on behalf of respondents 4 & 5 and with their consent the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner who is an elected member of the 6th Ward of Ramanaickenpalayam Panchayat, has filed this Writ Petition to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation.
3.It is stated that the petitioner's representation has been forwarded to the third respondent for necessary action and the matter is still pending consideration of the third respondent. 4.In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law and after notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent, pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
