3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 27.04.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 13.07.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
