This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and their family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the 1st petitioner is the father of one Manikandan and the 2nd petitioner is the elder brother of said Manikandan, who is involved in Crime No.46 of 2016 for an offence under Section 379 IPC and that the petitioners were summoned by the Police, in order to find out the whereabouts of Manikandan.

4. Under such circumstances, an order of not to harass cannot be granted and the petitioners are directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
