This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted some typographical error has occurred in the order dated 18.08.2021 in W.P.No.748 of 2015. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the paragraph No.5 in the order dated 18.08.2021 in W.P.No.748 of 2015 shall read as follows:- "5.

However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not paid any compensation as per the award passed in Award No.5 of 1989, and he also raised objection with respect to the manner in which the property was valued. Considering the said submission, the petitioner is at liberty to raise objections on the award with regard to the determination of value of the property. If the petitioner made such objections, the authority concerned is directed to refer the same before the Referral Court for determining the value of the property,

if not already referred. The respondents also are directed to disburse the compensation amount in accordance with law, forthwith, if not already disbursed."

4. Registry is directed to correct the order dated 18.08.2021 in W.P.No.748 of 2015, as above and issue order copy afresh. 10.02.2023 Note :- Issue order copy on or before 13.02.2023 mn
