O R D E R

The petitioner filed this petition to relax the conditions "i.e., the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders" imposed by this Hon'ble Court in its order dated 29.05.2020 in Crl.OP.No.8043 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
