ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is in the habit of filing public interest litigation one after the another. From the affidavit filed, it appears that he has not paid the cost, nonetheless, we are inclined to take up the matter for hearing.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice that due care is taken for re-opening Koyambedu Market.

3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that as and when the decision is taken to re-open the Koyambedu Market, it will be preceded by adequate safety measures including disinfection.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.Nos.10860 and 10130 of 2020 are closed.
