ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2023, online application dated 29.12.2023 and cancel the patta issued in favour of the 4th respondent and issue fresh patta in S.Nos.122/1B1, 122/1B2, 122/4A1 at Pudupattu Village, Vanapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District in petitioner's favour.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the absolute owner of the property in S.Nos.122/1B1, 122/1B2, 122/4A1 at Pudupattu Village, Vanapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District, whereas, the name of the fourth respondent is included in the patta. In this regard, she has given a representation, however, no action is taken. Hence, seeks directions.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petitioner, this Court directs the official respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2023, online application dated 29.12.2023 and pass 2/4

appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the fourth respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
